Skipper’s Guide Launches A New Website
Nov 18th, 2010 Posted in hobbies | no comment »Skippers Guide new website has just been launched. See it at skippersguide.co.uk. We got together with Squiders Web Design and totally upgraded the website. The Skippers Guide website is interactive and includes modern graphics and images that create a modern, user friendly fresh looking Skippers Guide. New features such as articles, problem fixer, and customer registration which is of course optional. You can also download the books to read online. An user friendly search facility which is on the front page allows you to find marine trades and marine service providers.
A regular selection of news and articles of interest that we feel will be interesting reading for the boating community in East Anglia, The Thames, The Southeast as well as further afield to those that want to log-on and take a look.
Have a look at our problem page where it says need something fixed. You submit your marine problem and we will help to find the right marine company to fix your problem. It is a unique service that we provide for our readers and we hope you will find it of value. Register for regular updates and send in your boating stories which we will be delighted to publish. Development of the Skippers Guide website will be ongoing, with new features added so click onto favourites and we will keep you updated.
We are now working on the new Skipper’s Guide publications for East Anglia and the Southeast. These guides will be distributed via boat and yacht clubs, marinas and other trade outlets throughout the region in the new year. New articles and advertisers mean that once again we are able to provide the boating community with a handy reference book for the forthcoming season. Its a good read that provides information on matters that are of interest both within our geographic areas but also for boating generally. The directory section also acts as a very concise and user friendly way of finding information or a business who can help with a variety of issues and problems.
A list of places where the guide will be available will be published.
Electronic copies of the Guides will be displayed on our website and also published as magazines.
