Step 1
First you need to come up with an idea for your video, but make sure its an idea that interest you. If your not interested in the content of your video it will show and no one else is going to care enough to watch it.
Step 2
Once you have your idea in your head, put it down in writing. Without this you may leave something out that is crucial to the video.
Step 3
Film and edit your video, then upload it to youtube. Use popular key words, but only if they are relevant to your video, or it will be hard to get people to subscribe or favorite your videos. They will also give you a low rating if you mislead them, there for scaring others away from your videos.
Step 4
Once your video is on youtube, sign up for forums that discuss the types of things you have in your video. For example one of my youtube accounts has mostly motorcycle videos, so I’m a member of a lot of different motorcycle forums, and just started one myself www dot bikesoftheworld dot com (feel free to create an account there). Once you are on one of the forums, you can post your video for all the members of the forum.
Step 5
Start searching youtube for similar videos. Find the most active one, and click on post video response. Then you can choose your video that you have already uploaded. This is known as one of the best and most sure fire ways to get more views.

Using a good title and having lots of tags is a start to get more views. Instead of (for example) “My Cat” have “The Cutest and most Adorable Cat” (bad example I know =P).
Then with tags, use a lot of words that are searched a lot, or common words. They don’t even have to be related to your video, as long as it turns up on the search list – that’s good!

You put the embed code of your video there. You watch videos, and for every minute or so you watch, you WILL get a view… and since the embed code is there, you get even more views.
You can also buy views from there (which I wouldn’t recommend, just watch some videos and get views
)
The trick to getting subscribers and comments is having a poplar video (one with lots of views). So my advice on getting them is to get as many views on your videos as possible.
