I’m by no means a pro or an artist but I have the same problems with liners from Mac…have you tried Urban Decay in Zero? I’ve been using it for about 2 months now and it seems to do the trick.

Eye liners, MAC’s pencils do not work for me, my skin is oily so when i line my lower lids it smears or it doesn’t come on at all. My skin color; very very dark chocolate w/ gold undertone(so i stand out in browns, oranges gold in clothes). what pencil liner do you recommend? Liquids I use for the top but, I can’t 4 the lowers.
