Eat healthy food when you have acne, because you must try to clean yourself not only outside but also from the inside. It would really help too, if you could reduce your intake of oily, fatty food. Eating food rich in fibre helps|is a cure, since the fibre helps clean your body of waste too. Furthermore, eating food that is considered anti-oxidant would help a lot in order for you to maintain a healthy skin. Moreover, food rich in Vitamins A, B and D as well as those rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus, chloride, magnesium, zinc, iron and sodium is also a great help too.

When you maintain a diet which is high in beta-carotene and zinc, it is of help not only in the prevention but as well as in the treatment process and anti-scarring by acne. Beauty is only skin deep. Yes, but having beautiful skin will make you feel more beautiful and confident in your self.
